5.Repeat steps 3 & 4 on each additional keypad
to be enrolled.
Quick Enrolling
On Alexor and Impassa alarm panels, quick
enrolling reactivates the enrollment period.
1.Enter installers programming.
2.Enter programming section [898].
3.Press the ‘Enroll’ button to start the enrollment
process.
Manual Enrolling
Use manual enrolling to directly enter the
serial number of the keypad. For Alexor and
Impassa alarm panels:
1.Enter installers programming.
2.Enter programming section [804].
3.Enter subsections [201] to [204] for keypad
slots 1 to 4 and enter the full 8-digit keypad
serial number.
For PowerSeries alarm panels using a TR5164:
4.Enter installer’s programming.
5.Enter programming section [804].
6.Enter subsections [29] to [32] for keypad slots
1 to 4 and enter the last 6 digits of the keypad
serial number.
Keypad LED Symbols
Proximity Tags (WTK5504P
with Alexor PC9155/57 or
Impassa only)
Proximity tags can perform any keypad func-
tion that would normally require a user access
code. Simply present the tag to the target icon
to the left of the keypad screen.
Enrolling Proximity Tags
Enrolling a tag on one keypad will enroll it
automatically on all WTK5504P and
WT5500P keypads.
1.Press More > User Options > Access Code
Prog. [Master Code].
2.Use left and right arrow buttons to select the
user number to be associated with the proxim-
ity tag and press Select.
3.If the user access code is already assigned, skip
to step 6.
4.Press Set Access Code.
5.Enter the desired four or six digit access code.
6.Press Prox Tag Prog.
7.Present the proximity tag to the keypad. If
enrollment is successful, acknowledgement
beeps will sound and the keypad screen will
read ‘Tag Enrolled Successfully’. If the prox-
imity tag has been enrolled previously, an error
tone will sound. The screen will read ‘Dupli-
cate Tag/User Code’.
8.The keypad will return to the
User Settings
menu.
Deleting Proximity Tags
Delete tags from the system when they are lost
or no longer needed. To delete a proximity tag,
the user code it is associated with must be
deleted.
1.Press More > User Options > Access Code
Prog. [Master Code].
2.Use left and right arrow buttons to select the
user number associated with the proximity tag
to delete and press Select.
3.Press Delete User and confirm by pressing Yes.
NOTE: User codes can only be deleted indi-
vidually.
NOTE: User 40 - Master Code cannot be
deleted; a deletion attempt on this user code
will delete the proximity tag only.
NOTE: Once a proximity tag is deleted, it
must be re-enrolled before it can be used
again.
User Keypad Configuration
There are several configuration options avail-
able for the keypad (see below). Keypad con-
figuration options are set by using the
touchscreen to navigate menu screens. For
information on programming the rest of your
security system, please refer to your system’s
Installation Manual.
Changing Language
1.Press More > User Options > Keypad Config
> Languages.
2.Select the desired language.
3.To exit press the Back or Home button.
Changing Verbal Options
1.Press More > User Options > Keypad Config
> Verbal Options.
2.When Verbal Prompt is set to ON, the
WTK5504 will speak system prompts (e.g.,
‘Quick Exit in progress’).
3.To exit press the Back or Home button.
4.Press the lower left button on the home screen
to cycle the keypad chime between “Voice
Chime”, “No Chime” and “Chime”.
NOTE: Verbal chimes will only announce on
zones that have verbal chime enabled. See
“Enable Verbal Chime by Zone” in the
“Installer Keypad Configuration” section
below for instructions.

(Green) ON - the system is ready to arm.
Armed
(Red)
ON / Flashing - the system has
been armed successfully.
Trouble
(Yellow)
ON - a system trouble is present.
Flashing - Wireless interference
detected.
AC
(Green)
ON - AC is present at the
keypad.
